"SLIDE SHOW " |
||
Media RequiredEach SLIDE SHOW is composed of pictures. You have to name each picture with an increasing number starting from 1 (the first picture to be shown). We suggest you name your pictures "MM1", "MM2 " etc. After you have all your pictures numbered and Saved, you have to compress them (see below for an explanation). If you want text and/or sound linked to the picture/s you need to include a text file to explain to us which text and/or sound goes with which picture, and you will need to add the sounds to the compressed file. If you want a different showing time or a different transition to each picture you will need to add a text file with your instructions to the compressed file containing your pictures. Click here to download a Text file (Rich text Format) EXAMPLE on how it should be done.
TO PREPARE YOUR PICTURES The following
instructions tell you how to create your pictures for your SLIDE SHOW.
If you would also like to include an ENTRY SCREEN or a MAIN SCREEN [see
'more'] the procedure is the same ; just remember to Save your SLIDE SHOW
pictures as 'MM 1", "MM 2 " etc.
TO COMPRESS FILES: You will need to compress all your files in order to send them to us. Compressed files are also referred to as Zipped files. These files are smaller and easier to load than uncompressed files. Zipped files can be recognized by their extension: zip. You must use a special "Zip" program to compress and decompress files. For Macintosh computers; DropStuff, StuffIt Expander, ZipIt, MacLHA. For Windows; StuffIt Expander for Windows, WinZip, LHA.
